life of the country they are traveling to? Welcome to the ISE
program!
When ISE was founded by a group of foreign language teachers
like you more than 30 years ago, it was with the goal in mind
to give students the opportunity to put their newly acquired language
skills to use in real-life settings. They designed an exciting
program that combines "classroom-on-wheels" travel with a private
family stay.
There are numerous student travel programs that exist today and
that offer every imaginable tour program, many to multiple countries
on the same itinerary. While all travel abroad is beneficial to
students, we truly believe the ISE program offers so much more:
extensive classroom-ready preparation materials, a strong focus
on using the foreign language and a genuine immersion experience
through a family stay.
Because we work exclusively with foreign language teachers like
yourself, we understand your needs! From your first call to ISE
to after your return from the program you will have the assistance
and support from the same staff person at ISE - your program coordinator
who will know you by name. You will be invited to attend an all-expenses-paid
Leader Workshop in Minneapolis to prepare you for your best-ever
experience with your students.
